For a lot of us, food is the best way to transport ourselves to a faraway destination. And if that destination is the Med, we found a place in Angeles City that can bring your taste buds there: Amanti Food & Friends.

Located in a quiet subdivision in Angeles, this charming resto offers well-loved dishes from Mediterranean countries, particularly Spain, Greece, and Italy. Their specialty is their fresh brick oven Neapolitan pizza, which comes in a variety of hearty flavors, from Diavola to chocolate and fruit! The pastas are good for starters, too. 

Meals start with a complimentary bread basket, which, like their pizzas, are freshly prepared and home-baked too.

To complete your Med experience, order their signature grilled platters too, which comes with generous servings of tender, choice meats. Choose from grilled seafood platter (a combo of fish, squid, and shrimp) and mixed grilled meats (steak,sausage, and chicken). Platters come with fresh, grilled vegetables on the side and premium dips. 

The earthy menu is complemented by tasteful and homey interiors accentuated with brick and rattan, with both al fresco and air conditioned dining areas available.

Amanti held its soft opening on May 28. Currently, they are open daily from 4 pm to 10 pm.
